What happens to the balance on my card(s) after I move out? Is the $5.00 fee refundable? 2017-05-08T16:40:28+00:00

Tenants shall be refunded the $5.00 cost of the card plus any balance left provided that the card is returned to our office.  We will then mail a refund check to the tenant’s new mailing address.

What happens if my laundry card is lost or stolen? 2017-05-08T16:40:35+00:00

We are sorry we cannot accept responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen cards.  We are not able to track the usage or balance on a lost, damaged, or stolen card.  Tenants will need to purchase and fund a new card.  Exceptions are possible at our discretion depending on the circumstances.

I get an error on the laundry machine when I insert my laundry card. What should I do? 2017-05-08T16:40:42+00:00

We ask that tenants please write down the error code and contact our office.  In most cases, we should still be able to read the balance on the card when brought to our office and issue a replacement card.

It is outside office hours and I do not have enough funds left in my card to do or finish my laundry. What can I do? 2017-05-08T16:40:54+00:00

Unfortunately, we are not able to assist with laundry outside of office hours.  We recommend our tenants purchase two or more laundry cards so that they always have a backup.  This is also recommended for tenants who will be mailing their card to our office for reloading.

How do I check the balance on my laundry card? 2017-05-08T16:41:03+00:00

When inserting the laundry card into any of the laundry machines, the display will show the balance on the card.  The balance will update and display again momentarily after starting the machine.

Why can’t I put more than $50.00 on my laundry card? 2017-05-08T16:41:13+00:00

It is a limitation of the system.  But it also minimizes the tenant’s loss if their card is lost or stolen.  A work-around is to purchase and load up multiple laundry cards.

Where can I buy a laundry card and how much does it cost? 2017-05-08T16:41:22+00:00

Laundry cards are available for purchase at our office.  Cards cost $5.00 and can be loaded with up to $50.00.  Tenants can add funds to their laundry cards at our office with cash, check, or credit card.  If tenants are not able to come in during office hours, the card can be mailed to our office with a check and our staff will refill the card accordingly and mail it back.  We are sorry we cannot accept credit card payments over the phone.  We also ask that tenants do not send cash in the mail.
