Am I allowed to have a pet in the unit?
Pets are not allowed within the premises at any time, with the exception of CATS ONLY. Each unit is allowed to have a maximum of two cats and the Tenant will pay a $200.00 non-refundable cat fee at lease signing or once a Tenant has acquired a cat(s).
How much does it cost to do laundry?
Current rates for shared laundry machines are $2.00 per wash, $2.00 per dry. Most in-unit laundry machines, where available, are $1.50 per wash, $1.50 per dry. These rates may vary by location and are subject to change without notice.
